I recently installed a 3060 ti into my prebuilt computer, and while the HDMI port is functioning perfectly, my second monitor, which I primarily use, isn't being recognized when I connect it via the DisplayPort. Any suggestions for fixing this?

Have you checked to see if your CPU has integrated graphics? If it does, make sure that the integrated graphics option is enabled in the BIOS. Some CPUs might require this setting for the DisplayPort to function correctly.

Did you manually switch the input type on your second monitor to DisplayPort? Sometimes the monitor needs to be set to the correct source to be recognized by the computer.

Oh wow, that actually worked! I just unplugged the monitor from the power and that fixed it. Thanks a lot!
