I'm having trouble with my SSD not appearing in the main storage settings on Windows. I've formatted it and created a new volume using Disk Manager. Before installing it in my computer, I attempted to wipe it using the CMD clean all prompt, but I think I exited that process before it completed. Although the SSD shows up in BIOS and under advanced storage options in Windows, I can't see it when trying to download games on platforms like Steam or Battle.net. Any insights on what might be causing this issue?

Check if your BIOS has a secure erase option. That's generally a good method to wipe drives properly.
Have you assigned a drive letter to the volume yet? Also, what exactly isn't appearing in Steam? If you have any screenshots of what you're looking at, that could help clarify things!
Yeah, I've set it to the default drive letter D since it's my second SSD. I'm not home right now, so I can't send screenshots, but I'm confused because I've formatted SSDs before and this feels different. I think it might be due to that partial CMD command I ran.
What type of SSD are we dealing with here? Is it an NVMe one or an external SSD?
It's an NVMe SSD.
I looked for that but couldn't find it. I have an ASUS TUF B850 Plus WiFi motherboard, and I'm still getting used to it. I did run an SSD test in BIOS and it said everything was fine, but maybe I'll try to find a repair tool to assist with secure erase.
