I really need some help! My laptop suddenly crashed while I was downloading a game—totally my fault for not having it plugged in. After it turned off, I plugged it in again but just got a black screen with the HP logo and a constant loading circle. I tried the Automatic Repair, but it just crashed with a DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG error. I even made a bootable USB with Windows 11 and attempted a Startup Repair, but that failed too. When I checked the BIOS, it seems like my SSD isn't being detected at all. What should I do next? Here are my specs: HP Spectre x360 16-f0xxx, Intel i7-11390H, 16GB RAM, Windows 11.

Before you start taking apart your laptop, make sure you back up any important data if you can. You could also try resetting your BIOS settings to default, sometimes that resolves detection issues. Another option is to check all the connections on the motherboard, just in case something got loose.
Have you tried removing the SSD and testing it in another device? That can help determine if the SSD is the issue. I know it's a pain since it's a prebuilt laptop, but it's worth checking out if it's possible to access it. If you do manage to pull it out, you can test it in a compatible computer or an external enclosure.
