I'm having a frustrating issue with my Windows 11 clipboard history. When I press WIN+V, absolutely nothing happens. I've already tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps like restarting my PC, refreshing Windows Explorer, and checking that all the relevant clipboard services are running. Even tested the keyboard to make sure WIN+V was functional.
Interestingly, I can access clipboard history through the Windows touch keyboard, but the shortcut itself is unresponsive. I've even gone as far as creating a new user account, booting in safe mode, scanning for viruses, uninstalling recent updates, and restoring to a previous point—none of that worked! This issue seems to have popped up recently, maybe overnight, and I'm really out of ideas on how to fix it. Any suggestions?

First off, make sure you’ve enabled clipboard history. You can check this by going into Settings > System > Clipboard. If it's already enabled, try toggling it off and then back on. Sometimes, just resetting the setting can do the trick!
