I'm having some issues booting my new Acer Nitro V 15 for the first time. When I turn it on, I see a message saying to press ESC within 3 seconds to skip startup.nsh, or press any other key to continue. I really need help figuring out how to get it to boot properly. Thanks in advance for any advice!

It sounds like your boot device might not be recognized. Try entering the BIOS setup when you start your laptop and check if your system drive is detected. Make sure it's set as the first boot device. If that's not the issue, you might need to reinstall Windows using a USB drive.
If you're having trouble entering the BIOS, try tapping the F2 key repeatedly right after you turn on your laptop. That should get you into the BIOS settings where you can check the boot order.
