Why won’t my Bluetooth work on Windows 11?

I'm having a major problem with my Bluetooth on Windows 11. It can't find any devices when I search, which is really frustrating. I've already tried turning Bluetooth on and off, updated my Windows settings, set the Bluetooth services to automatic, and even used the built-in troubleshoot feature, but nothing seems to work. Just yesterday everything was fine! Should I just give up on this and return it? It's hard to believe a computer can have Bluetooth issues in 2025.

It sounds like you're really frustrated, and I get that! Computers can definitely have their quirks, and it's totally normal to run into problems like this. Instead of losing your cool, trying a couple of things might help. Have you considered reinstalling the Bluetooth driver? Sometimes it's just a software glitch, and reinstalling can do the trick.

Have you checked if your WiFi antenna is properly connected? Often, the WiFi and Bluetooth signals use the same antenna, so if it's loose, it can cause problems. If that seems fine and you’ve rolled back the driver with no luck, consider downloading the latest Bluetooth driver directly from the MSI website.

Make sure you've got the latest Intel WiFi and Bluetooth drivers for Windows 11 installed. Also, it might help to check if your motherboard's BIOS is up to date. Those drivers can often solve connectivity issues. If devices only connect when they're super close, that suggests a hardware issue too.
