I've taken my computer apart and put it back together twice now. I made sure to reseat all the components, but I'm still not getting any display after booting. The only thing I've noticed is that the chipset area on the bottom right of my motherboard gets extremely hot. Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing the issue?

If the chipset is getting really hot, it could be a sign of a problem. Make sure your CPU and GPU are properly seated and that your power supply is functioning correctly. If possible, try to test your components one by one.
It sounds like you might be dealing with a hardware issue. Just because the lights turn on doesn't mean it's fully booting. Have you checked if the motherboard is showing any POST codes? That could give you a clue about where it’s failing.
