I've recently bought a 4TB external SSD to use with my laptop that has 16GB of RAM, an AMD Ryzen 7 6800H processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 Mobile graphics, and runs on Windows 11. The issue is that the SSD doesn't appear on my system unless I unplug it and then plug it back in after restarting my laptop. I've tried a full format, switched cables, and used the same USB port with another regular SSD without any issues. My UEFI/BIOS only has basic testing options, and they confirm that everything passed, but the problem persists. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
