I recently installed a new 64GB Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 RAM (3600MHz) on my Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard, but my monitor doesn't display anything. I'm wondering what could be causing this issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Try removing the RAM sticks and testing each one individually. This can help you figure out if one of the sticks is defective or if there's a problem with the motherboard slots.
I actually turned off the XMP profile and tried just one stick, which worked fine. But when I add the second stick, the screen stays blank at startup.
Make sure you turned off any RAM overclocking profiles before putting the new RAM in. Either disable it with the old RAM or reset the CMOS. If the profile from the old RAM isn't compatible with the new sticks, it might not boot up correctly. Try starting the system with overclocking turned off, and then you can enable XMP afterward if needed.
It seems like the monitor only works with the old RAM, right? That’s a strong indication that the new sticks aren't being detected properly or there's a compatibility issue.
Definitely reset your RAM profile to the default settings in the BIOS before switching the sticks. Or you could clear the CMOS to reset everything.

Have you tested the second stick by itself? And have you tried putting the working stick in every slot? One of the sticks might be dead, or there could be an issue with one of the slots. Also, don't forget about the CMOS reset—some boards have a button for that, but taking out the battery for a few minutes also does the trick.
