Why won’t my motherboard accept both RAM sticks?

I recently rebuilt my PC with a Ryzen 7 9700X, a Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX v2 AM5 motherboard, and some new Thermaltake TOUGHRAM XG RGB D5 Bubble Pink memory (32GB consisting of 2x16GB modules, DDR5 6000MT/s). Everything works perfectly with one stick of RAM, but when I try to boot with both sticks installed, I encounter a DRAM error on the motherboard. I've gone through all the basic troubleshooting steps and even reached out to Thermaltake for advice. The only thing I can think of is that this RAM isn't supported by my motherboard since I found out it's not on the compatibility list. If anyone has other ideas or solutions, I'd really appreciate your help!

Make sure you're installing the RAM in the correct slots. You should be using A2 and B2 slots for dual-channel configuration. That might help with the issue you're facing.

I checked and used those slots, but I'm still getting the same error. Thanks for the suggestion!

Just curious, when you say you rebuilt, was this RAM already in use, or is it brand new? Understanding that might help pinpoint the issue better.

I'm using the same GPU, hard drives, and power supply. The only new components are the motherboard and RAM.

Have you tested each stick of RAM by itself to ensure that neither one is faulty? It's possible one of them might be dead.

Yes, I tried both sticks individually in slot A2, and they both worked fine.
