I'm having trouble with my PC not booting. The CPU fan spins, and the case fan works, but only one fan is running. The RGB lights on the CPU fan and RAM are on, yet there's no display output. I've tried taking apart everything and rebuilding it outside the case without the AIO and GPU. I removed the CMOS battery, which ensured the fan stayed on for longer than a second, but I still got no display. Currently attempting a BIOS flashback, but I'm not very hopeful. Has anyone dealt with this before and can offer some help?

Did the BIOS flashback help at all? If you're still having issues, make sure the cooler is installed before attempting to boot it again.
You can't run the system without a CPU cooler; it’s going to overheat almost immediately, which could damage the CPU. Make sure your cooler is properly installed before trying to boot again.
