I've been having issues with my PC not booting when XMP is enabled. It used to work fine, but one day it just stopped booting with XMP on. I took it to a local shop, and they got it to boot again, but after about a month, I noticed that my overclocking performance had dropped. When I checked, I found that XMP was disabled. I turned it back on, and now I'm back to the original problem of not being able to boot. I can get it to work by unplugging and replugging the power, but once I enable XMP, I can't boot up again. I reset the PC with XMP off, and it boots fine. Could anyone help me figure out how to enable XMP and still boot my system? Here are my specs:
- Motherboard: ASUS Z790 H Gaming WiFi
- Graphics Card: Zotac 4070 Ti Super
- CPU: Intel 14900K
- Cooling: Panorama AIO
- Storage: Samsung SSD

Since your CPU supports speeds up to 5600 MT/s, it might be an issue with either the RAM or the CPU itself. If you can't even run at that speed anymore, it likely indicates a defect somewhere. Have you run any tests to check the RAM or CPU performance? That could give you more insight.
What RAM are you using? Sometimes specific RAM models have compatibility issues with XMP settings. It could also help if you provided the exact model of your RAM.
I'm using Corsair Vengeance, but I'm not sure if that's the problem.

It worked before, so I'm really confused. Are there any other troubleshooting steps you might suggest?
