Why won’t my PC display after changing the CPU?

I recently swapped out my Ryzen 3800x for a 5900x that I bought from a friend. After the swap, my PC powers on—fans spin and everything—but I get no display. I faced a similar situation when I built my PC initially; after some frustrating attempts at reseating everything, I ended up tearing it down and rebuilt it, which solved the issue. This time, I've gone through almost all the checks again and even reinstalled my old CPU as a last resort, but still nothing. I'm really frustrated at this point. I've checked the basics, like ensuring the display is connected properly and tested different cables and monitors. Is there any advice or common troubleshooting steps I might be missing?

Did you remember to connect the CPU power cable? It usually goes in above the CPU at the edge of the motherboard—sometimes it's easy to overlook that one!

Yeah, I checked that multiple times. Learned that lesson the hard way! Haha.
