Why won’t my PC games start with my RX 7800 XT?

I've got a pretty solid PC setup with a Ryzen 7 9700X, an Asrock RX 7800 XT, and a Cooler Master 750W Gold PSU, plus 32GB of XPG RAM and a 1TB WD NVMe SSD on a B850 MSI Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard. I've been trying to launch games like Valorant, Control, CS2, Minecraft, and Detroit: Become Human, but the games either freeze on the loading screen or become unresponsive. I've tried various fixes like changing the power plan settings, running the games as an admin, using full screen optimizations, disabling the integrated GPU, and reinstalling all drivers—including graphics, chipset, and Windows. This issue is really puzzling to me, and I'd appreciate any input or suggestions!

It’s good that you've updated your drivers and checked connections. Maybe try a different display cable or port on the GPU? Occasionally, certain ports can have issues that can prevent games from launching properly.

Have you checked if your display cable is plugged into the GPU? It might sound simple, but sometimes it gets overlooked. Also, make sure you’ve updated the GPU drivers from AMD just to rule that out.
