Why won’t my PC start after upgrading to a new graphics card?

I recently upgraded my graphics card from an NVIDIA GTX 1650 Super to an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT Challenger on my ASRock B450M HDV R4.0 motherboard. However, when I turn on my PC, I hear 5 quick beeps and there's no image on the monitor. I've already tried updating the BIOS and reseating the GPU, but the system works fine with the old GPU still. Any ideas on what might be going wrong?

The beeps you’re hearing might indicate a hardware issue. Check if the RX 9060 XT is seated properly and ensure that all power connectors are plugged in securely.

First off, what power supply are you using? Sometimes, a new GPU can draw more power than the old one, so it's important to make sure your PSU can handle it.

Did you use DDU to do a clean install before swapping from NVIDIA to AMD? You need to remove the old drivers completely. Also, if you can, test the 9060 XT in another computer to see if it's working properly.
