Why won’t my PC turn on after changing the power supply?

Hey everyone, I recently replaced my power supply unit (PSU) because it had some issues. After installing the new one, my computer did turn on and I managed to get into Windows, but I noticed some of the fans weren't working. I fiddled around a bit with the connections and managed to get the fans running, but now my PC is stuck on and there's no signal to the monitor. Even pressing the power button doesn't turn it off. I've checked to make sure everything is plugged in securely, but no luck. I'm really hoping someone can help me figure this out!

When you said you plugged in something for the fan, what exactly did you disconnect? It might help to double-check that all connections are properly seated, especially the ones going to the motherboard.

I just plugged in the small connector from the case to the LED, but I wasn't sure if I needed to unplug it in the first place.

Did you happen to get a budget PSU? Sometimes the cheaper ones can cause weird issues like this. But if it's a good brand like Corsair, that’s less likely the problem.

Nope, I got a Corsair RM750e, so it should be decent quality. My GPU is a Radeon 7700xt and I'm using a Ryzen 7 5700x.
