I'm having trouble installing my RAM into my motherboard. I've got an A520M-A Pro board that supports DDR4 RAM, and I'm trying to slot in a DANTALION Z 8GB DDR4 stick. The RAM seems to not fit at all, and I wanted to make sure I'm not forcing it in the wrong way. The warranty sticker on the RAM is facing away from the processor, which makes me hesitant to apply too much pressure. Any tips or guidance would be really appreciated!

First, make sure the keyed notch on the RAM is aligned with the slot on the motherboard. It sounds like you're being cautious, which is good, but you usually have to apply more force than expected to get it seated properly. If everything lines up, just press straight down with enough pressure, and it should click into place. Don't worry about being too gentle here if everything lines up right!
If you're still worried about damaging the RAM, just remember that it's generally designed to withstand a good amount of pressure during installation. As long as the notch is aligned and the tabs are unlocked, it should fit without ruining anything. Just ensure you’re pressing down firmly near the tabs, not in the middle.
I think you might have the RAM stick backwards. The sticker that says 'warranty void if removed' should actually face the CPU, not outward. Instead of focusing on the notch, try to place the RAM stick fully inside the slot, pushing down closer to the tabs on the ends. That might solve your fitting issue.
You definitely need to unlock the tabs on the sides of the RAM slot first. Once that's done, double-check that the notch in the RAM lines up with the slot. When you push it down, it might take more force than you think, but it should go in. Just be sure your hands are steady and apply pressure evenly!
