Hi everyone! I've got a Samsung TV mounted outside, and while it's able to connect to WiFi, none of the apps seem to load. I've tried resetting my router and hitting the WPS button on my WiFi extender, but I'm stumped on what to do next. Hardwiring the TV would be a hassle since it would leave a cable running through my house. Just to add, my Ring camera connects to the WiFi extender without any issues. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, so any help would be really appreciated!

You're definitely not alone! I've been experiencing the same problem too. Interestingly, Netflix still works for me, but nothing else will load. It's a bit frustrating, isn't it? Let's hope they sort this out soon!
It sounds like you’re dealing with a broader issue affecting Samsung TVs right now. There seem to be maintenance problems happening that are impacting app performance across the board. If you have a Firestick or Roku available, you could use that in the meantime, but otherwise, it looks like you might have to wait it out until they fix the issues.
I'm in the same boat! It's comforting to know others are affected too. I’ve got two Samsung TVs, and neither is cooperating with the apps right now. Hoping it's resolved quickly!
