Why Won’t Windows 11 Install on My Custom Build?

I'm trying to set up a new computer for my daughter, but I keep running into issues with installing Windows 11. Here's my build: an EVGA 700 GD power supply, MSI B550 Tomahawk motherboard, two Samsung 870 EVO 2 TB SSDs, an AMD Ryzen 7 5700 CPU, and an MSI MAG CoreLiquid E360 AIO cooler. I'm using a USB to install Windows. Every time I try, the installation either freezes or restarts unexpectedly, no matter what point I'm at in the process. I've already used this same USB to successfully install Windows on another identical build for my son, so the USB should be fine. I've swapped out the RAM with other known good sticks, and even bought a new SSD, but it hasn't helped. The power supply and CPU seem to be working well since I tested them without any issues under load. I've tried changing boot options using the boot menu and from the BIOS, but still nothing. I'm at a loss and could use some ideas on what might be causing this problem!

Since your builds are nearly identical, you might want to try connecting your daughter's SSD to your son's computer and attempt to install Windows there. If that works, then put the SSD back and see if it functions properly. Additionally, consider updating the BIOS on the motherboard. Sometimes older BIOS versions can have compatibility issues with newer hardware.

I'll give that a shot on my son's computer first, and if it doesn't work, I'll look into updating the BIOS too. Thanks for the suggestion!
