I recently did a factory reset on my computer, but while reinstalling Windows, my WiFi went out at 78% and now the installation is stuck there. It's been about two hours, and I'm not sure what to do next. Any advice would be appreciated!

It sounds like your WiFi dropping during the Windows reinstall caused some major issues. A lot of users have had better luck reinstalling from a USB drive rather than relying on the system's built-in recovery options. If you need to save data from your system drive, you might want to try a live OS like Ubuntu or Hiren's first.
Totally get your frustration! If you have to reinstall Windows, consider switching to Linux instead. Arch Linux looks really cool and while it can seem complex at first, it has a great community. Many of my friends use it, and they'll tell you it's quite rewarding!
