I've been working on my PC build and my brother-in-law suggested I upgrade to a 5090 GPU. However, he's convinced it won't fit in my current case, mainly because he thinks the power cables will be too bent when connecting it. Check the dimensions of your GPU against the specs provided by your case manufacturer. They should have documentation that lists the maximum GPU length your case can accommodate. Remember, GPU sizes can vary by model, so don't just rely on one person's advice!
True! And sometimes manufacturers forget to consider cable bends when they measure compatibility, but a lot of cases seem to handle bigger models just fine.
I think your power supply will work well for the 5090 and the GPU should fit too. Your case supports up to 400mm, and the 5090 is around 330mm, so you should have enough space!
Is the 90-degree adapter something I can buy separately or does it come with the PSU?
