Hey everyone! I'm wondering how much an RTX 2070 might bottleneck a 9800X3D when I'm playing at the lowest settings, with FSR turned off, and at a resolution of 1080x1080. Any insights would be appreciated!

It really depends on the games you're playing. Some titles are more demanding on the CPU, while others are more GPU-heavy. For example, FPS games might be more affected by your CPU performance.
Generally speaking, at 1080p, the CPU can be the limiting factor rather than the GPU. The 9800X3D should handle things fine for 1080p gaming, and the RTX 2070 won't greatly hold it back in most games.
