I'm thinking about starting to contribute to KRO and I'm curious if it will be part of the Google Summer of Code in 2026. Anyone have insights on this?

I’ve checked out KRO too, and it looks like a fresh approach to what Helm does. I'm not sold on it yet, though, since it seems like it just removes one extra tool without really simplifying the process. Maybe my understanding is a bit shallow? I'd love to know what I'm missing because to me, it feels like just a different way to do the same thing.
I'm a big fan of KRO! I really believe it's going to be a toolkit we'll all rely on in the future. The way it allows you to release a group of resources together, like AcmeApplication, with smooth day 2 support has made things way less complicated than before. You should definitely jump in and start contributing!
