I'm considering an upgrade in December and I'm unsure if my Cooler Master Hyper H412R will be able to handle cooling my Ryzen 5 5600GT, especially since I live in Brazil where summer temperatures can reach between 100-107°F. My main worry is keeping the CPU below 85 degrees Celsius while gaming. Should I think about getting a new cooler, or will this one be sufficient?

To maintain a max temp of 85°C, you might have to dial back on CPU performance, especially with the heat and that air cooler. Honestly, your GPU temp could be a bigger issue in those warm conditions.
You'll have to think about how cool your house gets compared to the outside. If the indoor temperature is significantly lower, that could help a lot with cooling overall.
The Ryzen 5 5600GT is known to be a pretty low power CPU, around 65W. Given that, if your current CPU was running fine, it should be similar with the new one. Keep an eye on cooling though!

I’m currently using an i7 4790, so it sounds like I should be okay with the new CPU.
