Will My Current PSU Support the ASUS 5070?

I'm thinking about upgrading to the ASUS Dual 5070 and would like to know if my existing power supply unit (PSU) is compatible. Here's a link to my current build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Blav99/saved/#view=fYsBhM. I also came across a Corsair cable that might work because my PSU doesn't have a specific 12x6v slot. You can check that cable here: https://amzn.eu/d/0fM5ZeUi. Note that this is intended as an upgrade rather than a new build.

You might be okay, but those 50 series GPUs can be a bit spiky in terms of power draw. Just be cautious—also, make sure you have enough PCIe power cables; I think you'll need around three.

Yep, your PSU should work with the ASUS 5070 and the Corsair Type 4 cable should fit right in. Just make sure you have the right slots available for the cable connections!

Honestly, I'd recommend replacing it. The Montech Century II is really well-rated and fairly priced if you're looking for something that can handle your upgrades well.

You'll be fine with that PSU! A good quality 550W is enough to run your setup, and the TX750m is actually way overkill for what you need. You're covered on all fronts if you have that in your rig.
