Hey there! I just picked up an RTX 5070 Ti and I'm curious if it will bottleneck with my Ryzen 9 5900x and 32GB of RAM. Is there anyone out there running a similar setup? Thanks for the help!

You'll probably experience some bottlenecking since every PC has its limits. But honestly, your Ryzen 9 5900x should handle gaming tasks quite well. It’s a solid combo for the most part!

People often misunderstand the term 'bottleneck.' In your case, this setup works fine together, especially for gaming!

What do you mean by that? Isn't a bottleneck when one part can't keep up with another?

Bottlenecks are pretty common in PCs as one part will usually hit its max load before the others. If you’re gaming at 1080p, you might find your CPU limits some performance. At 1440p, the bottleneck should ease up a bit. In general, though, you should be able to hit 100FPS in most titles!

Yes, nearly every setup will experience some form of bottleneck at some point.
