I'm mainly into gaming and haven't really messed with my PC hardware much besides some basic upgrades like cleaning, adding RAM, and changing the storage. I currently have an AMD Ryzen 5 4600G CPU running at 3.7GHz, and I'm considering getting a 5060Ti graphics card. I just want to know if they will work well together or if I should also plan on upgrading my CPU to avoid any potential bottlenecks.

There’s always a chance of a bottleneck with any setup, but it shouldn't be a major concern. Bottlenecks don’t typically harm your system. The real test is how your GPU performs. Use HWinfo or Rivatuner OSD while playing your games at your usual resolution and settings. If your GPU usage is between 90-99%, you’re good! If it’s below 80-85%, then you might see a CPU bottleneck. Whether you decide to upgrade really depends on how much it bothers you during gaming and if the cost of an upgrade is worth it for you.
There are websites that can analyze your components to see if they’ll bottleneck. Just remember, though, don’t rely too much on those calculators; they can be pretty misleading.
If you're looking at a 16GB 5060Ti, you should be mostly fine. But if you go with the 8GB variant, you could run into issues. Also, make sure your motherboard is compatible; if it's not a B550 or X570, upgrading the CPU won’t help much since you'll be limited by PCIe 3.0 speeds.
