Hey everyone! I'm considering adding another 16GB stick to my setup. Currently, I have a G.Skill Flare X5 Series 1x16GB DDR5-6000 CL36 RAM stick, and I'm looking at a second stick that matches in speed, voltage, latency, and model number. The only difference I noticed is that they have slightly different serial numbers—just a couple of different digits. I believe the die might be the same too, but I'm not completely sure. Do you think this setup will work even though they're not from a pre-matched kit?

You should be fine! As long as the specs match closely, different serial numbers usually don’t matter.
Right! Every RAM module is uniquely identified by the serial number, kind of like a car's VIN. If all the specs are the same, it could work. Just remember that differences in production dates might lead to slight variations in performance, although usually it's negligible.
Keep in mind that every RAM stick has a unique serial number for identification. So if the specs are identical, you shouldn't have any issues using them together. They’re not likely to be fake if everything else checks out!
True, you won't find two RAM sticks with the same serial number since that's the point of having them. If all the important specs align, it should work fine! Just a heads up, the slight difference in production dates might not affect compatibility much.
