Hey everyone! I'm diving into PC building and I'm planning to create gameplay videos for some upcoming titles at 4K and 60fps, like the new MGS Delta. Right now, I'm torn between getting an RX 9070 or an RTX 5070 for my new setup. I'm not too knowledgeable about graphics cards, so I would love some input. I currently have an Intel setup that I'm looking to upgrade, including a new CPU and motherboard, and possibly a new power supply if my 750W isn't sufficient. Any tips or advice on whether the 9070 is a good fit for my gaming and recording needs would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!

It really depends on the games you're interested in. With my standard RX 9070, I can play titles like Anno 1800 and Rome Total War Remastered at 4K with solid 60fps on ultra settings. I recommend checking out benchmarks for the specific games you want to play. I'm here if you have more questions about the 9070 or any parts you’re considering!
For my channel, I’m mainly focusing on MGS Delta and single-player games like Death Stranding 2. Based on what I’ve read, the 9070 should handle those pretty well right?
You should be in a good spot! With some tweaks and using upscaling, you could get 60 to 100 fps on major games. It’s a solid choice for your goals!
Awesome! Thanks for confirming that.
While the 9070 outshines the 5070 in gaming, the 5070 might work better for content creation due to its optimizations. Plus, the price difference between the 9070 and 9070XT is minimal, so I’d suggest going for the XT.
It varies by location. I snagged my 9070 for £500, and the XT was around £650, which didn’t feel justifiable at that time. The XT has dropped a bit to £600 now, which is closer to worth considering.
Got it. I’ve heard the 12GB VRAM on the 5070 may struggle with 4K, so it sounds like the 9070 or 9070XT is the way to go!
Absolutely! The 9070 should perform great for those titles.
