I'm looking at a prebuilt PC to run Linux and need some advice on the compatibility. Here are the specs:
- **CPU Cooler**: DeepCool AK400 Digital Pro Black
- **Case**: DUTZO C831 Panorama ARGB
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D
- **SSD 1**: Crucial P510 1TB M.2 PCIe 5.0
- **SSD 2**: Crucial P3 Plus 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2
- **PSU**: Corsair RM850e (2025) ATX 3.1 80 Plus Gold
- **Motherboard**: MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI6E
- **RAM**: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 5600MHz
- **GPU**: XFX AMD Radeon 6800 16 GB GDDR6
I intend to install Bazzite on it. I'm fairly confident the SSDs, CPU, and PSU will work fine, but I want to confirm if there's anything critical about them. The WiFi capability of the motherboard is the main concern since I'm relying on it for internet access.

The WiFi can be tricky sometimes. I've seen reports of it working fine with certain setups but also some issues with others. It might be worth checking the chipset on your motherboard. As for the GPU, it should play nicely with the Linux kernel, especially if you use the Mesa drivers.
I think this PC will perform great with Linux as long as you download the correct Bazzite ISO that supports AMD. It'll automatically recognize and install the necessary drivers for your hardware. Just be cautious with the RGB setup; you may need to configure it, but OpenRGB is a good option. The cooler's display might need some tinkering, but it should work with the right setup.
Thanks for the advice! Just to clarify, when you say it’ll recognize the drivers, will it download them automatically or guide me on what to get?
As a user of the same motherboard, I can say that AMD components generally have good compatibility with Linux. You shouldn't have major issues running Bazzite. The WiFi should work well too, but double-check online for reports from other users about your specific model.
Thanks for the input! Does the WiFi work smoothly for you? I'm also curious if you can use OpenRGB with it.

That's helpful, thanks! I'll look into that chipset info. What about the RGB controls? Do you think they'll function properly?
