I'm about to start earning some real money and I'm considering saving up for a 5090, since I've never owned a high-end graphics card before. Currently, I have a 13700KF processor, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 1000W power supply. I'm excited about playing Cyberpunk and other RPGs at max settings with ray tracing in 4K. But I'm worried if my existing setup will create a significant bottleneck. I've checked some bottleneck calculators, but they're giving me mixed results—ranging from no bottleneck to 35%. Has anyone had experience with this combination, or could you advise if I might need to upgrade any other components?

Honestly, those bottleneck calculators aren't reliable. Your 13700K won't be perfect, but it should work fine with the 5090. With a few adjustments and utilizing DLSS, you should be able to enjoy 4K at max settings without too many issues.
For 4K gaming with ray tracing, your CPU should handle it pretty well. I'd suggest going for the 5090 and using Intel's present mon while gaming. It'll show you exactly how much your CPU is limiting your GPU, if at all. From there, you can decide if you need to upgrade your CPU later on.
You should be good to go! Just keep an eye on your CPU's stability. Intel claims they've fixed the overheating issues, but I’d be cautious just in case.
Your CPU should be sufficient for 4K, and I don't foresee a huge bottleneck with the 5090. You should enjoy solid performance!
If you're spending that much on a GPU, you definitely aren't being cheap! I'd say go for it!
