I've got a bit of an unusual question: my 9800X3D is running surprisingly cool. During benchmarks like 3DMark's CPU test, I'm seeing temperatures around 45°C, which is only a few degrees higher than my idle temps of 40-43°C. While it's awesome that my CPU is cool, I'm a bit worried that this might mean it's not pushing its power or core speeds as much as it could. Does anyone have any insights on this?

Instead of asking around, you should check your core clock speeds and package power directly. A tool like HWINFO64 in sensor mode can give you accurate readings. That way, you can see exactly what's going on with your CPU.
What software are you using to monitor the temp? And which sensor is reporting 45°C at what clock speeds? Context is key for diagnosing power issues!
I'm not too sure about the specifics yet, but I did run a benchmark and logged some data with HWINFO. I'll check that out!
Haha, if I knew how to do that, I wouldn't have posted! I guess I need to learn more about these tools.
