I received an email from [email protected], and it's written in German. It mentions that I need to click a link to verify my ownership after I submitted a ticket about my Ubisoft account being hacked. I've lost access to my account, and my email and username were changed. I'm unsure whether this email is legitimate, so I want to confirm before clicking anything.

Did the email mention your name specifically? If it did, it’s likely genuine. If it didn't mention your name despite having it on file, that's a red flag you should consider.
Try copying the verification link from the email, then go to VirusTotal.com and paste it there. This site checks if the URL has any issues, which will help you stay safe!
You should definitely check the email address. I looked it up on ubisoft.com, and they actually suggest whitelisting [email protected] along with a couple of others. It's a good sign!
It looks legit, especially since you submitted a ticket. Ubisoft is based in Germany, so that adds credibility to the email you got. Here's a snapshot of the email I received too, if that helps!
Yeah, that definitely seems like a normal response from Ubisoft based on the ticket you sent.
