Which CPU Cooler Should I Choose for My PC Build?

Hey everyone! I'm building my first PC with a friend's help and I'm trying to choose the best CPU cooler. My friend recommended the be quiet! Pure Rock Pro 3 LX, but I've also read some reviews suggesting that the Thermalright Phantom Spirit might be a better and more affordable option. I'm looking for advice on which cooler would be the best right now, and I'd love something with RGB, though that's not a dealbreaker. Here are my planned components:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800 X3D
- Motherboard: B650 Plus WiFi ATX
- Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5
- SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB
- GPU: Nvidia Founders Edition 3060 Ti (planning to upgrade when I get a job lol)
- PSU: MSI MAG A750GL

Definitely go with the Thermalright Phantom Spirit. It has a good reputation for performance and tends to be really reliable!

The Thermalright cooler is a solid choice and tends to be cheaper, so you can’t really go wrong with either the be quiet! model or the Thermalright. It mostly comes down to your preference for brand and maybe some aesthetic choices.

You might also want to consider SSD options. I've heard that the Western Digital SN770 is cheaper and provides better performance compared to the Samsung drive. Could save you some bucks!

Can you explain why it’s better? I’m really relying on my friend's suggestions since I’m new to this!
