I'm struggling with installing Windows 11 through Intune. I enrolled in Intune and began pushing the update using an update ring, but I encountered issues with one desktop that had been offline for a year. After powering it up and attempting the update, the installation failed twice, reverting back to Windows 10. Now that I'm ready to try again after updating the BIOS, the Windows 11 update option has disappeared. I've tried rebooting, using different accounts, resetting the Windows Update service, disabling safeguards for Feature Updates, and even deleting and rejoining Intune/Entra, but I still can't access the update. What am I missing?

You might want to look at the Windows registry to see if there's anything blocking the upgrade. There's a good guide on how to read the upgrade experience indicators that could help identify the issue. Sometimes, you'll find things that aren't immediately obvious but can shed light on what's preventing the update.
First, check if the device is compatible with Windows 11. Sometimes, the update prompt disappears because the device isn't meeting the minimum requirements. For instance, if it lacks TPM support, the update won't show up even if you try to push it through Intune. But if your machine checks out, then it’s worth digging a bit deeper into the upgrade indicators.
The device is compatible. I've updated others with the same specs without any issues.
I checked the registry and nothing seems to be blocking it. The GatedBlock entries are there, but they all show "none" for their data.
