Hey everyone! I'm a truck driver, and I usually listen to music from my phone through my truck's Bluetooth stereo. However, I bought a Pixel 9 Pro six months ago and realized it doesn't support SD cards, meaning I can't fit my large music collection on it. I do have a tablet that can house all my music on an SD card. My truck can connect to two Bluetooth devices at once sometimes, but most of the time it only connects to one. I'm wondering if there's any way to connect my tablet to my phone and then have my phone stream the music from the tablet to my truck stereo. Any ideas?

You could use an OTG adapter to connect a USB drive with music directly to your phone, but it won't solve the issue of streaming from your tablet. Check if your truck's system has both Bluetooth and an aux input, then you could use a Bluetooth adapter for that!
While it doesn't directly answer your question, have you considered setting up a music server at home, like Navidrome or Subsonic on a Raspberry Pi? Then you could stream your music collection to your phone wherever you are.
Connecting your tablet to your phone may not be the best idea. Why not just use free streaming services available on your phone instead? Might save you some hassle!
Does your truck have a USB port for the audio system? Many people use a USB flash drive loaded with songs. Just plug it in, and you can still connect your phone via Bluetooth for calls at the same time!
Have you heard about AudioRelay? It allows you to stream audio from one device to another, like from your tablet to your phone. You might find it useful for your setup! Exactly! If your truck's stereo is decent, it should handle playing music from a USB or SD card while connecting to your phone for calls automatically.
