Hey everyone, I've been having an issue with my iPhone 13 where the call volume is significantly lower than other sounds, like music or videos. Even when I'm on speaker mode, the volume doesn't seem to reach the max like it does when I'm listening to something outside of a call. I've checked for dirt or issues with the speakers, and that's not the problem. Does anyone know how I can change this setting or disable what seems like a volume restriction during calls?

I've noticed the same thing on my phone as well! The call volume does feel lower compared to other media. One trick I've used is to adjust the volume while in a call, rather than before. Sometimes cranking it up while you're on the call helps. Just keep pressing the volume up button during the call.
It sounds like what you're experiencing is a common feature on iPhones to limit call volume for hearing protection. Unfortunately, there's no direct way to turn this off entirely. You might want to make sure your audio settings are fine-tuned. Try going into Settings > Sounds & Haptics and see if adjusting anything there helps with your call volume a bit.
