I'm trying to set up Secure Print on my networked BizHub C300i that's connected to a Windows 2019 print server. While regular printing and scanning to email work fine, Secure Print jobs always fail and show up as deleted due to an error. I've already updated to the latest C300i Universal PCL drivers as suggested by my print support tech, but I've had no luck in getting this to work. I'm waiting for the print tech to come back, but I wanted to see if anyone here has had similar issues or could offer advice.

I’ve had success with Secure Print on a C360i without any issues. When you're sending it, at what stage does it fail? Does your document appear in the system's user box?
It doesn't even get that far. As soon as I send the Secure Print, I check the job log, and it shows the error immediately.
