I recently left my home for a four-day trip just as my AC stopped working. While I was away, the downstairs temperature reached about 80°F and the upstairs hit around 100°F with high humidity. Now that my AC is fixed, my PC won't boot up. I've tried unplugging it and adjusting the switch on the back, but nothing works. Has the heat or humidity ruined my PC? What should I do?

The humidity combined with whatever caused your AC to fail is probably the problem. If the AC went out due to a power surge, that could have messed your PC up pretty badly. You might be dealing with hardware damage from that.
