What are the best solutions for improving poor 5G signal in retail locations?

I'm managing 100 retail stores with backup internet provided by 5G through T-Mobile using an Inseego modem (FX2000). While this works well for most locations, I've got a few that really struggle with poor 5G signal. I'd love to hear any suggestions for improving connectivity in those areas. Has anyone tried using external antennas with their Inseego modems? What works best?

Have you considered getting a professional 5G antenna installed on the roof? Your modem can connect to one of those, and I've seen it significantly improve connection quality, especially on similar devices.

That sounds like a solid idea! My worry is picking the right antenna that’s compatible with this Inseego. Also, I read that external antennas might not work well with T-Mobile’s n41 and B66 bands. Is there any truth to that?
