Is there something I might have missed? Should I be looking for a specific setting to tweak, or is it time to consider returning the card? Have you tried using GPU-Z? It'll show you a ton of detailed info about your GPU, like the core specs. I'm wondering if you might have accidentally ended up with a used card from someone else. Just a thought!
