Worried About Frequent Hardware Errors on My New PC – Should I Be Concerned?

Hey everyone! I just got my hands on a new Powerspec G755 running Windows 11, and I've been noticing a concerning pattern in the Reliability Monitor. While gaming, I've experienced nearly nine hardware errors in just an hour. Everything seems to be functioning fine on the surface, but I'm uneasy about whether these errors indicate a real problem, particularly with my GPU. It might be connected to alt-tabbing out of full-screen games, but I can't tell if that's just a coincidence. Since I'm not super tech-savvy and have dealt with driver issues in the past, I'd really appreciate any advice or insights! Here are the specs of my PC: https://www.microcenter.com/product/696251/powerspec-g755-gaming-pc. The specific error I'm encountering is related to a LiveKernelEvent with the code a1000005. Any thoughts on what this could mean and if I need to worry?

I've checked, and there are dump files in that folder. Can I get some guidance on how to use those to identify what's going wrong?

Yeah, and one more thing to check is if the folder C:WindowsLiveKernelReports actually exists. If it does, see if there are any dump files in there. Those files can be super helpful in diagnosing the root cause of the issue. Let me know if you find any, and I can guide you on how to use them for troubleshooting!

It sounds like you're dealing with a common issue that some new builds face, especially with graphics drivers. Since you mentioned that it seems to occur when alt-tabbing, it might just be a hiccup related to how the GPU handles those changes. Updating your drivers, especially for the GPU, often helps. You mentioned you've already redownloaded AMD Adrenaline, but make sure it's the latest version. If the errors continue, check if there’s any BIOS update available that might help with hardware compatibility. Also, check the reliability history to see if any specific patterns emerge with those errors.
