I've recently made the switch to Linux Debian with Gnome, thanks to a recommendation from a friend who's into IT and micro PCs. I'm really enjoying it—better battery life on my laptop and faster boot times. The Gnome interface feels much better than Windows for me. However, I'm running into a frustrating issue with internet usage: I seem to encounter way more recaptchas than I did before. Picking pictures and typing in characters is really tough for me! Is this a common problem for Linux users, specifically on Debian? Are you guys seeing the same thing? I'm also curious if there are any workarounds to reduce these annoying verifications. Thanks for any insight!

I don't think this is widespread, but a few websites don't play nicely with Linux user agents, which might be causing the extra captures you're seeing.
I haven't really faced that issue myself. I get those recaptchas occasionally, but it's mainly when I have my VPN on. Maybe that's why you're seeing more of them?
If you're using a privacy-focused web browser or any add-ons that block ads and tracking, it could be why you're getting hit with more recaptchas. Also, not logging into websites might ramp up the recaptcha prompts.
I use Firefox with Adnauseam too, and I never had this problem on Windows. It's interesting how it varies.
