I was just using my Samsung S20 Ultra, scrolling through Instagram, and then I opened Google to look something up. Out of nowhere, my screen went blank and the phone became unresponsive. I can't even turn it off! I plugged in the charger, and it made the charging sound, but I still can't shut it down. Also, the back of the phone has come loose, and I'm not sure if this is a sign that something serious is happening or if my phone is just breaking apart. Should I be worried?
