How to Get Loudness Equalization on Windows 11?

I just got my new Acer Predator laptop running Windows 11 (22H2), and I'm trying to enable the Loudness Equalization feature that I used to have on Windows 10. I attempted the Registry Edit method and got the Enhancement Tab back, but it seems like all the sound enhancements, including Loudness Equalization, are missing. I also tried updating the Realtek audio driver manually through Device Manager, but I only see the Realtek Audio option—unlike those YouTube guides showing the High Definition Audio Device option. Does anyone have any other suggestions to get Loudness Equalization working again? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, the enhancements you’re looking for usually don’t show up with Realtek drivers. They typically belong to generic audio drivers. I recommend right-clicking on your Realtek audio device in Device Manager, selecting 'Update driver', and then choosing 'Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer' to see if you can select the High Definition Audio Device option. After that, just reboot your laptop. It might just do the trick!

I tried that method, but the High Definition Audio Device doesn't show up for me either. Do you know where I can find the driver?
