I'm looking to upgrade our business phone system as we expand. We're currently at 120 employees and need something more flexible with additional features. Specifically, we're looking for international phone numbers (in the US and UK), integration with Hubspot, and a dialer. While not essential right now, it would be great to have the option to add an AI voice agent in the future. I've heard about options like RingCentral and CloudTalk, but I'm open to any recommendations you might have!

We use 3cx along with Vox Telesys for our trunk. We have around 150 employees, but usually only about 20 are on calls at the same time. Our total monthly expenses, including maintenance for 3cx, run around $250-300.
Xelion is popular in the UK, and they have solid features. Another option is 3cx, which is also very reliable. I'd suggest looking into both.
Dialpad could be a great fit for you. It checks all the boxes you've mentioned, including AI capabilities. Definitely worth considering!
If you're looking for flexibility, I'd recommend trying FreePBX. We've used it for about 100 DIDs with an Internet trunk, and it's installed on-premise. It allows you to choose any trunk from any provider, giving you complete independence on features without extra costs.
If you're open to Microsoft Teams, you can use their PSTN service if you don't need a full Contact Center setup. However, if you do need those features, Zoom Phone with Zoom Contact Center might be better, especially for AI integration.
