I recently upgraded my GPU from a 3060 to a 7900XTX and currently have a B560M DS3H motherboard, an Intel i5-11400F CPU, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and an 800W PSU (I also have a spare 850W PSU I plan to install soon). I'm not looking to upgrade my CPU since I'd also have to change the motherboard, but I'm considering boosting my RAM to 32GB next. What upgrade would give me the most noticeable improvement without breaking the bank?

Upgrading to 32GB of RAM sounds like a solid plan since it's quite affordable these days. It can definitely enhance your gaming and multitasking experience! Just keep in mind that the actual impact will depend on how you're using your PC.
If you're open to really stepping up your setup, you could consider a new motherboard and an i5-14600K CPU. That combo would make your system a powerhouse for gaming! The i5-11400F might hold you back from fully utilizing your new GPU in some games, but that's a bigger investment if you're not in a hurry to upgrade.
For a noticeable difference without a massive cost, RAM is definitely your best bet. But if you really want to maximize performance, an SSD upgrade can speed up boot times and loading times significantly. Do you already have one?

I don't have an SSD yet, so that's another option to consider!
