I've been using my laptop for five years without any major issues, but recently I experienced a couple of crashes while downloading a game and extracting files. After forcing a restart, I got an error message saying my device needs to be repaired. I tried to reinstall Windows using a bootable USB, but I ran into a blue screen error (system service exception) when I attempted to install it. I also tried running the Windows memory diagnostic tool, but that didn't work either. Now I'm at a point where my laptop seems completely non-functional. Have you tried checking the Event Viewer for any red error marks related to your hard drive? It could provide more insight into what's going wrong.
