I was browsing on my Redmi 11 Prime and accidentally clicked on an ad on Gelbooru. I quickly closed the site before it fully loaded, but I'm worried that I might have picked up some malware or something. Has anyone dealt with this situation before? What should I do to ensure my device is safe?

I’m not a tech expert, but generally, if you didn’t install anything or engage with any suspicious prompts, you should have dodged any malware. Just keep an eye on your phone’s performance and run a virus scan if you’re really concerned.

There aren't any URLs that can just push malware to your phone unless it’s a really advanced attack, which isn't something to worry about for most users. As long as you have a regular phone OS, you’re probably in the clear.

Honestly, you should be fine! Unless you clicked on something to download or install, modern phones are pretty good at keeping out malware just by visiting websites. Just avoid clicking on any pop-ups asking for notifications or downloads, and you should be okay.
