I'm having an issue where pressing ALT + A brings up a color picking app that lets me use Ctrl + C to copy screen colors. I've included a screenshot for reference. I'm looking to disable this feature as it's quite disruptive. any advice on how to do this would be super helpful!

It sounds like you’re dealing with the PowerToys Color Picker. You can either go to PowerToys settings and disable the shortcut or uninstall PowerToys if you don’t need it for anything else. Just keep in mind that uninstalling will remove all its features.
I tried that too, but even after disabling the color picker, it still pops up. I'm in the same boat—I depend on PowerToys for other tasks, so uninstalling isn’t an option!
